A man was taken to hospital with injuries believed to be stab wounds.
Police were called at 2.51am on July 9 to reports of a disturbance at a block of flats in Manor Way, Borehamwood.
They found one man with injuries. He was taken to hospital for further treatment where he remains in a stable condition.
Two people have been arrested in connection with the stabbing and have been released on police bail.
Anyone with information should contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on 101.
