An empty house could be replaced by four new flats if a planning application is accepted.
Planning permission for the demolition of a three-bed house in Clarendon Road has been submitted to Hertsmere Borough Council, along with proposals to build four new flats in its place.
Plans state that the land would be used for three one-bed flats and a further one three-bedroom flat.
Documents detailing the plans also state that the land will have enough parking for four cars.
