A 55-year-old arrested on suspicion of sexual assault has failed to comply with his bail conditions.
Joe Staniszewski was due to sign in to the police station three times a week after he was arrested on July 5, but has since failed to turn up.
The man, who may be using other identities such as Joe Ford and Joe Michalk, works as an acupuncturist and police believe he may be in the Borehamwood area.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Herts Police on the non-emergency number.
