A 103-year-old celebrated her birthday with family and neighbours at her sheltered housing accommodation.
Helen Clarke, who lives at jLiving in Harmony Close, Golders Green, recently turned 103 and celebrated with famliy and neighbours.
On the secret to a long and happy life, Ms Clarke said: "You should live life to the full, the way you want to and not to please others."
Ms Clarke was joined by her daughter, two grandsons and great granddaughters, as well as her grand-dog, Luca.
She has lived at jLiving for 17 years and says her passions are playing kalooki and going to the casino.
