A dancer with cerebral palsy will take to the stake with an award-winning dance troupe.
Emily Farruku, 14, will dance with the BalletBoyz along with 60 disabled dancers in School of Rock-inspired performance.
The dancers will take to the stage at Finchley’s artsdepot on July 1.
Miss Farruku said: “I love dancing, I live to dance, and now I have the chance to dance with the people who inspire me.”
The performance is the product of weekly rehearsals with icandance, a Hampstead-based charity who teach children with disabilities to dance and perform, giving them one-to-one support from specialist tutors.
The show takes place on July 1 at 2.30pm at the artsdepot, High Road, Finchley, and tickets are still available.
