A charity shop in Harrow is looking for unwanted presents to help those experiencing mental illness.
Mind in Harrow on College Road is looking to sell good quality second hand clothes and unwanted presents to help raise funds for their services, which include counselling and employment support to those who experience poor mental health.
Mind in Harrow supports over 7000 Harrow residents with a range of support and courses to help people develop their skills as they recover from mental health problems.
Shop manager Joanna Boguszewska said: “Without the urgent support of local residents to donate items to our shop in central Harrow such as books, coats, shoes, bric-a-brac, we can’t raise essential funds to help people in desperate need of Mind’s services.”
The shop is 12 shops up from Harrow on the Hill station and you can donate your goods during normal shop hours.
