The Borehamwood NSPCC branch held their annual garden party last week and raised more than £1,500.
The garden party, held at Schopwich Place, Borehamwood, was opened by Elstree and Borehamwood Town Mayor Cllr Clive Butchins on July 24.
More than 250 visitors enjoyed the music of Borehamwood Brass, Roswitha Lamb on accordion and Paul Lomax on electric guitar whilst eating homemade cakes and ice cream, buying from stalls and playing games.
As well visitors were able to walk through the gardens and woodland walks.
