Crime has never been so low as Harrow Police announces its lowest ever crime rate.
Today, officers from Harrow Police announced that the borough continues to be the safest in London, with the lowest ever crime rate of 3.93 offences per 1,000 population during July 2015.
Borough Commander Simon Ovens made the announcement to his officers earlier today, adding that the community should all be proud of the success.
He said: " I am proud to announce that we have the lowest crime rate ever recorded in Harrow.
"This is down to all the hard work and dedication of my officers and with help from all the communities within our Borough.
"We will continue to work together in order the remain the Safest Borough in the whole of London.
"We should all be proud of this success"
