A new restaurant could be coming to the high street after the submission of a planning application.
Hertsmere Borough Council has received an application for a change of use at 47 Shenley Road, in Borehamwood, from a shop to a cafe or restaurant.
The empty shop has been available to let since February 2011 and agents have been unable to find a suitable tenant.
