A Radlett property could make way for eight flats if planning permission is granted.

In a revised application relating to a building in Watford Road, Radlett, the building will be demolished to be replaced by the flats.

The proposed two-storey building will include loft accommodation and a basement, and will house eight two-bed flats.

Underground car parking and bin stores are also included in the plans.
