Have your say on county council election boundaries in Hertfordshire
Voters are being asked to have their say on new electoral division boundaries for Hertfordshire.
The Independent Local Government Boundary Commission for England is consulting residents in the first part of an electoral review, which will redraw division boundaries across the whole county.
The commission has announced it is likely to recommend that the county council should continue to have 77 councillors.
It will now collect information from people and groups to help it to produce a new pattern of electoral divisions to accommodate the 77 representatives.
In drawing up new boundaries, the commission says its aims to deliver electoral equality for voters in council elections so that each county councillor represents roughly the same number of voters.
