Healthy eating event at care home
Chefs at a care home are getting their kitchen ready for of an event to highlight the importance of nutritious eating.
Sunrise of Elstree, in Edgwarebury Lane, is hosting the Taste of Sunrise event to celebrate nutritious eating in older people.
Guests will also be able to enjoy recipe cards with step-by-step instructions and nutritional information.
Anyone is invited to the event, which will be held between March 10 and March 16.
