Three people who failed to pay the price of beauty are being sought by police.

Two women and a man were captured on CCTV taking items from the skincare aisle of Boots in The Boulevard Shopping Centre in Borehamwood last Wednesday at 4.50pm.

The first woman was seen placing items into her handbag. The man then placed items in the same handbag and the second woman placed products in her own handbag.

They all left the store without paying for the items.

PC Shazia Malik is investigating and said: “I am eager to speak to the people pictured as it’s possible they witnessed the incident or have information that could assist the investigation.

“If anyone recognises the man and women, or if they recognise themselves, please contact me straight way. I am also interested to hear from anyone who recognises the uniform one of the women is wearing as it may assist us in identifying her.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Malik via Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101.
