The stars of Celebrity Big Brother arrived at Elstree Studios last night for the launch this year’s series.

The 2014 series of the show, filmed in Shenley Road, Borehamwood, started with a twist as the 12 housemates went into the house handcuffed in pairs.

Appearing on the Channel 5 show and paired up were comic Jim Davidson and Linda Nolan of the Nolan Sisters.

Other celebrities include N-Dubz star Dappy, who was joined with Daily Mail journalist Liz Jones, Sam Faiers, of The Only Way Is Essex, with US actress Jasmine Waltz.

Also handcuffed together were pop star Lee Ryan from boy band Blue and glamour model Casey Batchelor.

The final pairs on the show Made In Chelsea's Ollie Locke and 82-year-old entertainer Lionel Blair and Apprentice runner-up Luisa Zissman and former world heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield.

Hundreds of people braved the wind and the rain last night and queued for hours for the launch of this year’s show.
