Liverpool were joined by clubs up and down the United Kingdom on Sunday in remembering the 96 people who died at the Hillsborough disaster, 29 years ago.
The 96 Reds fans were crushed to death in pens at the Leppings Lane end of Sheffield Wednesday’s stadium on April 15, 1989, as their FA Cup semi-final against Nottingham Forest got under way.
Manager Jurgen Klopp and captain Jordan Henderson laid wreaths at the memorial outside Anfield on Sunday morning.
Premier League rivals and Scottish clubs including Celtic and Rangers also posted tweets paying respects to victims of the tragedy.
