Originally, Big Brother's Big Mouth, which is broadcast from a studio building situated close to the Big Brother house at Elstree Studios, was originally presented by Russell Brand. After Brand left to pursue other opportunities an eclectic mix of guests were drafted in to host the show.

Big Brother 10, which is set to begin in late May or early June this year, is reportedly set to get a make-over this year and will go from being shown five times a week to just once a week.

The Sun newspaper has also reported today that Davina McCall will now become the main presenter of Big Brother's Big Mouth and will host an hour long edition of show after the main Friday night eviction night show.

The changes to Big Brother's Big Mouth will apparently also see McCall take over from Jack Whitehall. Whitehall recently hosted the entire run of the spin-off show during Celebrity Big Brother 2009.

The Sun also reports that George Lamb will return to host Big Brother's Little Brother. The daily spin-off show is apparently set to continue being broadcast five nights a week with a usual afternoon slot on Sunday afternoons.

Big Brother 10 will, incidentally, mark the eight summer run of Big Brother to be made at the Borehamwood-based Elstree Studios.
