Staff responsible for developing the new Brimstone missile at a Borehamwood research centre were visited by the Minister of Defence Procurement recently. Baroness Symons of Vernham Dean was invited to Alenia Marconi Systems' Borehamwood base, in Elstree Way, last month to hear about the new anti-armour weapon, which will arm the RAF's Tornado, Eurofighter and Harrier aircraft.
