Police are looking for a man who was seen touching himself inappropriately in an alleyway.

He was spotted by a woman in Welbeck Close, off Stratfield Road in Borehamwood, at around 11am on Thursday August 4.

Police say his indecent behaviour was in full view of houses ahead and the woman who was entering the alleyway quickly left.  

Detective Constable Jack Stannard said: “We would like to trace this man and we think it is likely that other people may have seen him carrying out such an act or behaving suspiciously in the alley way or nearby area.

“If you have any information which may help us identify him, please get in touch.”
