ELLIE BRAZIL has joined Tottenham Hotspur after her Albion contract came to an end.

The attacker was Albion's top scorer in the 2018/19 season and made 60 league appearances for the club.

The 23-year-old has signed a contract with Spurs that will run until 2024, with the option to extend for a further year.

After completing the move, Brazil said: "It is brilliant, it is a club I have seen progress over the years and it is great to be hear.

"It is extremely exciting for a club like this to want me was very flattering."

Head coach Rehanne Skinner hopes Brazil will add to the team's forward line with her hardwork and commitment.

She said: "I'm really pleased to welcome Ellie to Spurs. Having had significant experience across the England youth teams and played club football at home and in Europe, she has a vast experience base that will enhance the team, but has years ahead of her in her career as well.

"Ellie is a versatile forward who is hard-working and committed, and she will add a further dimension to our forward line."
