Forest House Education Centre in Radlett, that teaches pupils with mental health problems, could be facing a restructure.

It comes after the neighbouring 16-bed Forest House child and adolescent mental health unit received a formal warning after Care Quality Commission inspectors found its leadership had “significantly deteriorated”.
