Women In Rock

Dictator

Where: The Fiddler, 229 Kilburn High Rd, London

Heartbreaking ballads and foot stomping indie bangers. This is a band with a strong focus on collaboration and an outspoken social conscious, they are vocal supporters of their local scene and have an intimate connection with their fanbase. Combining this with tongue in cheek social media antics and playful live performances ensures they are consistent must see live act.

Saturday, April 2: 

The South 

When: 7.30pm 

Where: The Eric Morecambe Centre, Leyton Road, Harpenden

The South feature former members of The Beautiful South including singer Alison Wheeler and lifelong sax player Gaz Birtles.

 They play the songs made famous by The Beautiful South and bring back the full flavour and excitement with the nine-piece live band. With the new reshuffle complete, The South are a full team again and raring to go!

Jo Harrop Music: Purdy's Pop Up

When: 7.30pm

Where: The HOADS Studio, Shenley

We are delighted to welcome highly acclaimed Radio 2 rising Jazz star - Jo Harrop. 

Beyond the mellifluous perfection of her chocolate and cream voice, there is always a beautifully bruised intimacy at the very heart of Jo Harrop’s music. It’s almost as if she’s staring directly into your soul when she sings. This may only be her second LP, yet she sounds as if she’s already lived a thousand lifetimes.

Back To Bacharach

Back to Bacharach celebrates the timeless masterpieces of Burt Bacharach “The Hitmaker” behind one of the greatest American songbooks of the 20th Century.

Burt Bacharach who together with Hal David, penned some of the most memorable and iconic hits that stand the test of time.
