A man was arrested after a vehicle struck several others parked in a residential street.
Police say officers were called to report of a collision involving seven vehicles at 9.45am on Sunday January 23 in Sullivan Way in Elstree.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says several parked vehicles were damaged.
The driver of a blue BMW 530D was not at the scene when police arrived.
Police confirmed a 30-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving whilst over the prescribed limit and driving otherwise in accordance of his licence.
He has since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
