A driver has been ordered to pay more than £700 after a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash.
Leigh Robinson, of Fairfield Close, Radlett, had been driving on Organ Hall Road in Borehamwood approaching a mini roundabout in Theobald Street on October 19, 2020.
St Albans Magistrates’ Court heard the 32-year-old intended to turn right but had done so “without proper observation”.
She then collided with a motorcycle travelling from her right which seriously injured the driver.
Robinson was found guilty on January 4 of driving without due care and attention.
She was ordered to pay a total of £774 in a fine and costs and was given six penalty points.
