PROPOSALS to site two caravans on agricultural land have been lodged.
Eden District Council has received a change of use proposal, in early November, to site two site caravans on agricultural land at Skelton House, Alston.
The applicant is listed as a Mark Elliott.
According to the design and access statement: "The applicant is a specialist sheepdog handler and trainer who won his first competition when he was 12 and, is currently fifth in the UK. To ensure the sheep farm remains sustainable another income stream is required."
