Police are investigating an incident where tools were stolen from a van.

Hertfordshire Constabulary says the theft happened in Christchurch Crescent, Radlett, just after 1.35pm on Friday, August 21.

A number of power tools were stolen from a Renault Traffic van that was parked in the street, the force said.

Police have now released an image of a man they would like to speak to as they believe he may have information which could assist them.

PC Michael Morris, who is investigating, said: “We would like to identify and speak to the man pictured as we believe he was in the area at the time of the offence and may have information that could assist us.

“If you recognise him, or have any further information you would like to share with us, please get in touch.

“We are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a BMW being driven in a suspicious manner in Christchurch Crescent around the time of the theft.”
