There have been 15 new coronavirus cases in Hertfordshire within the past four days, data shows.

Since the start of this month, there have been 51 cases of coronavirus in the county – fifteen of which were from Watford.

Within the last four days, the jump in cases remained relatively small, as just fifteen people tested positive for Covid-19 in Hertfordshire.

In Watford, there were four new cases within the past four days, with the total number of cases in the area since the start of pandemic reaching 418.

Hertsmere recorded just one new case of Covid-19 within the past four days, with the total number of cases in the area since the start of pandemic reaching 398.

This means since the start of the month, Hertsmere recorded five cases.

Three Rivers however recorded the highest number of cases within the past four days, with eight new cases.

Since the start of the pandemic, Three Rivers recorded 269 cases of Covid-19. 
This means since the start of the month, Three Rivers recorded ten cases.

How many Covid-19 deaths?

No new Covid-19 deaths were recorded in Hertfordshire in the NHS England update today.

In England, a further 28 people who tested positive for Covid-19 have died.

Patients were aged between 59 and 100, and all patients had known underlying health conditions.
