A man has been charged in connection with a robbery in Borehamwood.

Last Saturday at around 8pm, a customer entered Subway sandwich shop in Shenley Road.

It was reported that the customer threatened staff with a pair of scissors and demanded money.

Police carried out enquiries into the incident and a man was arrested.

  • Bradley Malin, 40, of Rossington Avenue, Borehamwood, was arrested on Monday and later charged with robbery. He appeared at Hatfield Magistrates' Court on Tuesday where he did not enter a plea. He will appear for a plea and trial preparation hearing at St Albans Crown Court on April 27.
