A huge round of applause will be taking place on Thursday to say thanks to the NHS staff working tirelessly during the coronavirus pandemic.
Organisers of Clap for our Carers is asking everyone who can to clap at 8pm on March 26.
People joining in can applaud from their front doors, gardens, balconies or windows - but they should keep a safe distance from neighbours.
The message has been shared millions of times on social media. Organisers are encouraging people to live stream the event.
Countries including Spain, France and the Netherlands have done something similar during the coronavirus pandemic.
