The latest arrests follow phase one of Operation Jackal two weeks ago when six suspected drug dealers in Bradford, believed to be supplying heroin and cocaine in Harrogate, were arrested.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "County lines remains a major priority for us and we're determined to rid Harrogate of the scourge of drug dealing and the associated crime."
The force has urged anyone with information about drug dealing in their community to call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
