A high street has been shut after reports of a bus crash.
A witness has told the Review that a bus and car have crashed in Harpenden town centre, towards the northern end.
She said she was behind a single decker bus when she heard a 'big bang'.
Police have confirmed one bus and car were involved.
No one has been injured.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says: "Police were called at around 2.10pm today (Monday 3 February) to reports of a damage-only collision in Harpenden High Street.
"Two vehicles were involved, a car and a bus.
"No injuries were reported.
"The High Street is currently closed to allow emergency services access to the scene, and to allow for vehicle recovery.
"People are asked to avoid the area where possible."
