Police have made an arrest after breaking up a fight outside a Walthamstow school.
The Met Police were called to a fight involving “a large number of males” outside Kelmscott School, in Markhouse Road, Walthamstow, at about 3.25pm yesterday (January 13).
It is unclear whether the fight involved pupils at the school and the police have yet to confirm.
A Met spokesperson said: “Officers attended and dispersed those in attendance.
“One male was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon; he remains in custody.”
There were no reports of any serious injuries.
