Firefighters tackled a second blaze in a month at a derelict site in Borehamwood.
Fire crews from Borehamwood, Watford, St Albans, and Potters Bar, rushed to Warenford Way last Thursday evening.
The site is currently a collection of derelict homes - although there are proposals to build 43 affordable homes which will be considered by Hertsmere Borough Council.
Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue has confirmed no one was injured but sent numerous resources to the scene alongside police at 7pm on December 12.

The fire was out by just after 8pm.
On November 9, fire crews were called to a blaze at the same location.
On that occasion, the flames spread to three properties.

After last week's fire, Clarion Housing Association, which owns the land, says it is "urgently" taking action to protect the site.
A spokesperson said: "Since securing the site last time, unfortunately the anti social behaviour has persisted at Windsor Close and we are liaising with our contractor to urgently implement additional measures as soon as possible.
"We would like to thank the local fire service for putting out the blaze and provide assurance that we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of those living around the site.
