Traffic
A broken-down vehicle on the M1 southbound between junctions 6 and 5 is causing delays as lane three is closed.
Police are currently on the scene and Highways England traffic officers are en route to assist.
There are minor delays on the M11 northbound following an earlier accident that has since been cleared.
A series of roadworks between junctions 11 and 15 on the M1 both northbound and southbound are causing minor delays.
One lane is closed on the M25 clockwise entry slip at junction 30 due to a broken-down vehicle; it is expected to be cleared by 8.15am.

There is a good service on all London underground and overground lines.
Weather
A sunny start to the day expected, with clear skies and temperatures of 5°C rising to 9°C at midday when it will be a little overcast.
