Police have seized three-and-a-half kilos of suspected cocaine and £37,000 in cash.
Hertfordshire Constabulary made the discoveries during an operation targeting drug supply in the county.
Two men have been charged in connection with the force's investigation.
- Justin Terry, 45, of no fixed address, was arrested in Elstree. He has been charged with conspiracy to supply class A and B drugs (cocaine and amphetamine). He has also been charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
- Martin Walsh, 53, of Churchfield Road, Watford, was arrested in Liverpool. He has been charged with conspiracy to supply class A and B drugs (cocaine and amphetamine), and possession of criminal property (cash). He has also been charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
They have both been remanded in police custody.
