Patrons with Neil in their name have a chance to pick up a free pint to celebrate a pub's 25th birthday.

Next week, O'Neill's in Leytonstone will be offering 25 free pints of Guinness to anybody with the first, middle or surname of Neil, Neill, Neal, Neale or O'Neill.

All they have to do is visit the bar and show their passport or driving licence.

The offer will run from 9am on Monday, April 22, to 11.59pm on Friday, April 26, and will conclude once the 25 free pints are gone.

O’Neill’s Leytonstone general manager Barry McLeavy said: "Myself and the whole team are really excited to celebrate 25 fantastic years of O’Neill’s with the people of East London.

"We couldn’t think of a better way to mark the occasion than to share our special day with fellow Neil's.

"We’re looking forward to welcoming our wonderful guests to join with us in raising a glass and joining in the craic for this huge birthday celebration."
