A person tragically died on the train line this morning.
At 5.37am police officers were called to Wembley Central station to reports of a casualty on the tracks.
Despite the best effort of paramedics the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Services were suspended between Watford Junction and Willesden Green while emergency services attended the incident.
Minor delays remain on the London Overground.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: "Paramedics attended however a person wa sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"Officers are now working to identify the person and inform their family.
"This incident is not currently being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
