A man who had his jaw broken in an assault on Boxing Day remembers nothing of the attack.

The 54-year-old victim was walking along Harveyfields in Waltham Abbey sometime between 12.30am and 1am when he was approached by two men and a woman who briefly spoke to him near a block of flats.

The victim only then remembers waking up on the ground on with a broken jaw before heading to hospital for surgery.

One of the men is described as white, aged 28 to 35, slim build and 6ft tall. He had short dark hair, a beard, thin moustache and sideburns and wore dark clothing.

The second man is also described as white and in his 20s with short hair. He was about 5ft 7ins tall with a slim build and wore light coloured clothes.

The woman is described as white, aged between 18 and 20, around 5ft 5ins tall, slim with shoulder length blonde hair.
