This week, budding filmmakers from a school are spending the week with the fire service creating an eye-opening film.
Pupils at Elstree UTC in Borehamwood have been on location in Hitchin working on Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue’s new Christmas campaign, ‘Do not Disturb’, which helps raise awareness about the dangers of using social media whilst driving.
The students have partnered with firemen from Borehamwood for an exciting shoot in rural Hertfordshire.
They have worked with professional stunt performers and a production crew where the dangers of driving with no full concentration is really brought to life.

“We are making a film that will save lives.”
