This week there will be two free events to help keep your little ones entertained as half term comes to an end.
Taking place at Watford Museum, the first is aimed at young budding artists. Children will be supported in using their creativity to draw flowers, leaves and museum objects on Friday (Feb 16), 11am to 1pm. Artist Claire McDermott will be on hand during the event to guide and inspire children to use their imagination.
The second event is a football-themed trail hunt, which runs from Thursday (Feb 15) to Saturday (Feb 17) during museum opening hours to coincide with the Graham Taylor exhibition. Children aged from six to 11 will be encouraged to use their detective skills to complete a self-guided Watford Football Club inspired activity, which will earn them a mini treat.
Both events are free to take part in and require no booking, just come along on the day and ask at reception.
For more information on these activities, visit the Watford Museum Facebook page: facebook.com/watfordmuseum
Watford Museum is open from Thursday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
