Local routes were heavily affected this morning with heavy traffic on Barnet Road towards Stirling Corner and on the A411 and Furzehill Road, as well as on the A1 itself.
However, there are long delays this evening on the A1 southbound from the Galley Lane junction while there are also long queues on Furzehill Road past Summerswood School and delays on the A411 and Barnet Road towards the Stirling Corner roundabout.
