Christopher Wells, 32, of Croft Court, Borehamwood. On March 12, 2017, damaged an outside security light, a plant pot and an ornamental tree. On same date, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence; had in his possession a small wrap of cocaine. Between March 14, 2017, and March 17, 2017, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a person. Restraining order made. Community order made. Be under curfew for six weeks. Carry out unpaid work for 270 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £205.

Wednesday, April 26

Panayiotis Andreas Gidaropoulos, 32, of Coleridge Way, Borehamwood. On October 16, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £407. Six penalty points.

Jason Skipp, 41, of Rutherford Close, Borehamwood. On October 4, 2016, used a vehicle when using a hand-held mobile telephone. On same date, used a vehicle when one of the wheels was fitted with a pneumatic tyre which had the ply or cord exposed; used a vehicle whilst not wearing a seatbelt. Fine, costs: £315. Three penalty points.

Kelly-Jean Mary McCoy, 40, of Walshford Way, Borehamwood. On October 11, 2016, being a person who disposed of controlled waste failed to take all reasonable measures to prevent a contravention of the Environmental Protection Act. On same date, being a person who disposed of controlled waste failed to prevent the escape of waste; being a person who disposed of controlled waste failed to prevent a contravention by another person; being a person who disposed of controlled waste failed to secure on the transfer of waste that the transfer was to an authorised person.
