Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council will be donning their gardening gloves in a bid to keep the area litter free.
Members of Woodcock Hill village green will be clearing litter from the area from 2pm on Tuesday, May 13.
Volunteers are asked to bring sensible shoes and gardening gloves, and litter pickers will be available on arrival.
The clean-up is organised as part of a number of opportunities for members to take responsibility for their village green.
