Potters Bar and Shenley neighbourhood policing team

Sgt Noel Buckley

I have been the neighbourhood Sergeant in Hertsmere for three years. I have responsibility for community safety, with the other Hertsmere Community Safety partners, and for delivering neighbourhood policing.

My background is mostly operational with over 13 years’ experience, spending most of my service as a detective. I spent three years as a detective before joining the Safer Neighbourhood Team in Hertsmere as a sergeant, working in Bushey and Radlett before moving to Potters Bar and Shenley.

My team comprises of four Police Officers and five PCSOs who are all very proactive dealing with local issues and targeting those causing anti-social behaviour in the area.
