With six events already taken place across the country, Tom Kerridge’s feel good festival tour, Pub in the Park, is in full swing. Tom Kerridge, the UK’s favourite pub proprietor has been taking his chef mates across the UK for a relaxed and intimate gathering; supporting and celebrating local talent, as well as presenting some of the biggest names in food and music at his Pub in the Park festival tour.

And the tour is heading to Verulamium Park in St Albans in September.

Across the whole tour, the festival features a total of 18 Michelin Stars serving tasting dishes showcasing their signature style. The tour to date has seen over 80,000 visitors across six towns and cities.

At each of the beautiful parks across the country cooking superstars including Angela Hartnett, Jason Atherton, Josh Eggleton, Stephen Terry, Atul Kochhar, The Tanner Brothers and Tommy Banks have been demonstrating delicious summery dishes.

So far, some incredible musical stars have lit up the stages and entertained the crowds across the country including Jake Bugg, All Saints, Scouting for Girls, Kaiser Chiefs, Natalie Williams & The Soul Family, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Soul II Soul Sound System, Will Young, The Cuban Brothers and Dodgy.

The best has certainly been saved till last with a superb line-up for St Albans as the final venue for Pub in the Park 2019, from Friday, September 13, to Sunday, September 15. All the stops are being pulled out to make sure Verulamium Park is a food and musical extravaganza. There will be pop-up pubs from The Hand & Flowers, Café Spice Namaste, Hawkyns, The Hardwick, Café Murano, Tim Allen’s Flitch of Bacon, The Half Moon Kirdford, Dylans – The Kings Arms, Thompson St Albans and Pretty Sweet. And chef demonstrations from Cyrus Todiwala, James Martin, Stephen Terry, Tim Allen, Atul Kochhar, Matt Tebbutt and Claire Clarke.

The musical sensations closing this year’s Pub in the Park festival tour include Tom Odell, Scouting for Girls, Razorlight, Stereo MC’s, Bart Foley, Will Young, The Rifles, Toploader, Sound of the Sirens, Claudia Stark, Holloway Road and The Christians.
