Our house has been a great family home for the last 39 years due to the location being perfect for our daughters when they were growing up, with easy access in or out of the town.

Our garden has given us immense pleasure observing the variety of wildlife which includes squirrels, foxes and birds including woodpeckers, jays, blue tits, parakeets, magpies, blackbirs, thrushes ring neck doves, pigeons and the occasiopnal bird of prey.

Waitrose, M&S, Pearsons stores are just a few to mention in Enfield Town as well as a selection of Banks and Building Societies. In addition there are several schiools in there area as well as transport links into the city by ether Gordon Hill BR station 4 minutes away and the underground system at Oakwood a 10 minute drive away. Very local to Lavender Hil is both Chase Side and Lancaster Road which both offer a variety if smaller retail outlets.

The M25 is a 10 minute drive away with access to ether Heathrow one way or Standstead in the opposite direction.
