19/0188/FULAVC: Churchill House, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2HP. The erection of a two storey roof extension with a stepped-back third storey, providing 46 residential units (28 x 1 bed & 18 x 2 bed) with associated amenity space at roof level, car and cycle parking and refuse provision. Reason: Major Development.

Application to modify a planning obligation dated 29 June 2017 to amend clause 2.3 to make clear that the obligations are not binding on individual owners once the plots are sold pursuant to planning application 17/0078/FUL for Demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and erection of 6 dwellings (2x5 bed detached dwellings and 2 pairs of 4 bed semis) each to include an integral garage with associated landscaping and access. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
