THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield (the "Council'') hereby give notice that they have made an Order under section 247 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Schedule 22 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999) ("the Act") to authorise the stopping up of those parts of the highway as set out in the Schedule and shown shaded on the plan relating to the Order.
The Order is made only in order to enable the development to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act by The London Borough of Enfield on the 22nd September 2014 under reference P13-02590LBE.
A copy of the Order and the Plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during the twenty-eight days commencing on the 10 October 2018 at the offices of the London Borough of Enfield at Civic Centre Silver Street Enfield Middlesex EN1 3XD and may be obtained from that address quoting reference STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS (LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD (JASPER CLOSE) (NO.1) ORDER 2018.
Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question its validity, or any provision contained in the Order, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any procedural requirement of the Act or any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the making of the Order may, within six weeks following the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or any provision contained in the Order. Highway to be Stopped Up
The carriageway and northern and western footways of Jasper Close from a point approximately ten metres from the rear of the footway of Hertford Road where it meets the northern footway of Jasper Close. This includes all areas within the boundary of the development site as set out in the planning permission granted under reference P13-02590LBE.
