NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Woodside Road, Abbots Langley from apoint 55 metres north east of its junction with Moore Road north eastwards for adistance of approximately 60 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Woodside Road, HorseshoeLane, A405 (St Albans Road/ North Orbital Road), Chequers Lane and Woodside Road.

The Order is needed because utility service disconnection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has beenmadeand shallcome intoforce on 17 July 2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictionsspecified shall only take effect at thetimesindicated by signs on or near the Road.

1. thatlengthof Cedar Road, Watfordfrom its junction with Oxhey Road north eastwards to its junction with Kingsfield Road, adistance of approximately 420 metres.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety and enhance parking provisions in connection with anew development, proposes to make Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce various waiting restrictions and parking places on Station Approach, South Oxhey, asset out in the schedule to this Notice. An alternative route will be via Capell Avenue, Capell Road, Capell Wayand Chorleywood Bottom.

4. thatlength of Trowley Rise, Abbots Langley from its junction with PopesRoad north eastwards to its junction with TibbsHill Road, adistance of approximately 668 metres.



An alternative route will be via PopesRoad, Gallows Hill Lane, High Street and TibbsHill Road.

5. thatlength of Abbots Road, Abbots Langley from its junction with Gallows Hill north eastwards and south eastwards for adistance of approximately 1554 metres.



An alternative route will be via Gallows Hill, Gallows Hill Lane, High Street and Abbots Road.

6. thatlength of South Way, Abbots Langley from its junction with Essex Lane north eastwards to its junction with the Langley Lane/Abbey Drive roundabout, adistance of approximately 1360 metres.



An alternative route will be via South Way, HuntonBridge Hill, Hamilton Road, Gallows Hill, Gallows Hill Lane, High Street, Tibbs Hill Road and Langley Lane.

7. thatlength of Furtherfield, Abbots Langley from its junction with South Waynorth westwards for adistance of approximately 365 metres.

An alternative route will be via Sycamore Road, Valley Walk and A412 Watford Road.

9. thatlength of Mayfare, Croxley Green from its junction with Sycamore Approach north



eastwards for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

10. thatlength of The Gossamers, Watford from its junction with Bowmans Green north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Philipers, adistance of approximately 585 metres.



An alternative route will be via Bowmans Green, Fairfolds and Philipers.

11. thatlength of Park Road, Bushey from its junction with A411 High Street north eastwards to its junction with Herkomer Road, adistance of approximately 250 metres.



An alternative route will be via A411 High Street, Koh-I-Noor Avenue and Herkomer Road or via Herkomer Road, Rudolph Road and A411 High Street

12. thatlength of Delamere Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Northfield Road north westwards to its junction with Hartforde Road, adistance of approximately 103 metres.



An alternative route will be via Northfield Road, Palmers Road, B5378 (Cowley Hill/ Shenley Road), Brook Road and Hartforde Road.
