Comments may be made in writing to the Head of Planning and Building Control, quoting the reference number, not later than 28/02/2018 (21 days after publication date). Please note your correspondence will be available for inspection by the public and a redacted version (without signature, email or telephone number) will be published on the website. Any comments that you make about this proposal will be copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal and will also be published on their website.
In the event of an appeal on a householder application (or a minor commercial or advertisement application, which is to be dealt with by written representations), any comments you have made will also be sent to the Planning Inspectorate but there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
The deadline date for your District Councillor to call the application in to Committee is published at the top of the weekly list on which the application appears.

St Albans City & District Council proposes to vary the fees for the grant or renewal of a five year operator's licence to £700.
A copy of this notice will be available for inspection without payment at St Albans City & District Council, Civic Centre, St Peter's Street, St Albans, AL1 3JE and can also be viewed on the Council noticeboard or on the Council website^spx for a period of 28 days from the date of first publication of this notice.
If any person wishes to object to the proposed variation they should do so in writing to the Head of Regulatory Services, St Albans City & District Council, Civic Centre, St Peter's Street, St Albans, AL1 3JE before midnight on 6th March 2018.
In accordance with Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, if no objection to the variation is duly made within the specified period, or if all objections so made withdrawn, the variation will come into operation on 7th March 2018 or the date of withdrawal of the objection or, if more than one, of the last objection, whichever date is later. If an objection is duly made and is not withdrawn, the Council shall set a further date, no later than two months after 7th March 2018, on which the variation shall come into force with or without modification as decided by the Council after consideration of the objections.
