1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6,45,46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to: -

a) introduce new double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time in the following roads: Danvers Road N6, Fairer Mews N8, Grosvenor Road N10, Hillcrest N6 and Queens Avenue N10, Pages Hill N10, Rectory Gardens N8, The Park N6 and Whittington Road N22;
b) introduce new single yellow line waiting restrictions in Nightingale Lane N8 operating Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and formalise existing waiting restrictions in Rycroft Way N17 operating Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.;
c) extend the lengths of certain existing double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time in the following roads: Albert Road N22, Lansdowne Road N17, Queens Lane N10, Shelbourne Road N17 (with a reduction of a permit holders parking place), Stanhope Road N6 (with a reduction of a resident permit holders parking place), Summersby Road N6 and Vale Close N2;
d) convert existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time in High Street N8 and North Hill N6;
e) amend the operational times of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions from zone hours to Mondays to Fridays 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. in Southwood Lane N6 and introduce loading restrictions operating Mondays to Fridays 8 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.;
f) remove a length of existing single yellow line and replace with a resident permit holders parking place operating at zone hours in Selborne Road N22;
g) introduce loading restrictions in Green Lanes N4 operating Mondays to Fridays 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and formalise existing waiting restrictions operating Mondays to Fridays 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, and plans showing the location and effect of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.

4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, Alexandra House, 5th Floor, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or to traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
